favorite dektop environment window manager
my version of puppy (5.2.8 (005), comes with two options, jwm or openbox. I like openbox but when it comes time to configure some things like key bindings, you have to open a file and make the necessary changes. I don't really have a problem with this but my friend is interested in my version of puppy but would like an easier way to configure it. I thought of maybe another DE or WM such as xfce or lxde, something like that.
What is your favorite DE/WM to use with Puppy linux?
I think xfce is in the puppy distros but not lxde or something similar. What would you recommend I try as a DE/WM that is simple to use and maintain? And where can I locate a pet install for lxde or some of the other WM/DE's that are not in the repos?
