Preset Touchpad Taptime is 0

#1 Post by johnywhy »

see http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic. ... 658#639658

also, not a bug, but i think pre-enabling two-finger, three-finger, and corner taps is non-standard and something that should be left up to the user to enable.

Considering how much trouble you had to go to to find the settings, maybe some instructions, pointed to in Puppy's Help menu, are in order.

What's the reason for pre-setting taptime to 0?

Hmmm..... I had previously been unable to figure out how to enable tapping on my Lucid Puppy.

Control > Hardware > Touchpad > Tapping > Tap Time > 225

Thanks for the tip, it works great now!
