I can't remember exactly which wine version, it was almost one year ago so any recent version should work.
And about fluppy, no, I'm using a different puplet based on puppy-4.11, fluppy is modern than mine as it uses puppy-4.3 as base.

I just wanted to say that I did get Dolphin to work in Lucid Puppy without wine, but I probably did it in a sloppy, unrecommended way. Regardless I have a post on how to do it here: http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=79831
