#1 Post by taca0 »

How about make a Puppy version for this cheap netbooks or smartbook or tablets . Make the WM8650 ARM processor Puppy version with Woof . In this webpage (openwm8650.org) have debian version . Also this other page shows more http://pond-weed.com/wmt8650/index.html . This last page have kernel source : http://projectgus.com/files/wm8650/KERN ... 8.1903.tgz

Hi All

I have one of these cheap tablets. I would love to be able to run a Puppy on it. They are cheap. Mine cost £44 including post but I have since seen them cheaper.

Regards,

Ken.

I have a question for puppy linux experts;
can the same method posted here [ http://pond-weed.com/wmt8650/index.html ]
can it be used to create a Precise Puppy built that can work on wmt8650?
