I have not tested this but there is a version of Fedora
that rename itself as IprediaOS and uses these things
to be "anonynous". Does that really work?

if one use a full install but maybe the live give an indication
on what to expect.
I am a pessimist. If these kind of things really give
one anonymity then that will get regulated to be illegal
rather soon within a few years so does it really help?
I will not test it I doubt that Fedora allow frugal boot.
