Now you can play Doom on Puppy Linux with this great package.

You fail to mention that no IWAD files are included in your pet package!
They are required to be able to get any use out of your package.
And for those that may want to try it, WAD files will not work with the Chocolate Doom application.
Also, there are no links to it placed in any BIN directory so trying to start any of the files from a terminal will give "File not found"

That post has the relevant info how to spesify the wad file which to use.

There is some problem with the DOTdesktop files in bark*3 pet. I noticed. Otherwise the chocolate doom pet worked just fine.

For Dpup users, here is the link for chocolate doom, which has been compiled in dpup. There is also needed SDL pets, in the same repo.

About .wad files. Use google with search: doom2.wad and soon you will find the working version and other working versions also.
