The battery icon in the tray is there but it doesn’t show the state of the battery. It’s simply gray. If I click on the battery icon the following is displayed



Slacko 5.3.3 - Dell E6420
Any ideas?

Well in the absence of any other suggestions Confused I removed powerapplet_tray from startup and installed vattery. vattery is working fine on my system.
