This is a trick to stop messages telling you to upgrade to the latest Flash 9 (which most sites do not require) those that do will not work - most will
1) go to home right click display / show hidden
2) go to .mozilla
3) right click in rox and "Xterm here"
4) highlight this:
cp pluginreg.dat pluginreg.dat.bak
and middle button / wheel click to copy to prompt
5) modify original pluginreg.dat line from
Shockwave Flash 7.0 r25:$
to
Shockwave Flash 9.0 r25:$
NB: this is from a Firefox hack
