Puppy 5.3.3 Firefox won't play Fox News videos
Puppy 5.3.3 Firefox won't play Fox News videos
Hi all, I'm using 5.33 on desktop AMD b55 quad core with 4 gigs DDR3 ram. Firefox is my main browser. I can go on the web to anywhere and play flash videos except on Foxnews. Flashplayer version is 11.1.102.55 (latest linux version I think). Videos on Foxnews just simply will not play. Any other site works just fine. Anyone else out there seen anything like this? Anyone got any insight how to fix it? Help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, Firefox is 15.0.1.
It won't play any of this list: http://video.foxnews.com/v/188077930300 ... 3226511001
BTW: Just so you know, my computer is a "Windows Free Zone" and I would hate to put XP back on just to watch Fox News.

Just tried with flash 10 in dev slacko .. no go. Updated to the latest flash with getflashplayer and it works fine in FF-15.01 and opera-12.02. I'd update Flash, the player, not the moderator.

Flash 10.3r183 does work with the latest slacko, it is an option in getflashplayer. I'll update my package list.

Fox News video plays OK here. Flash Player is version 11.2.202.238 which I think is the latest version if you want 11. Slacko 5.3.3 but in SeaMonkey 2.12.1mill0001 wrote:Flashplayer version is 11.1.102.55 (latest linux version I think).
Haven't installed Firefox but would expect it to play just the same.
Lucid 528-005 with Flash Player 10.3.183.23 Fox News video works in SeaMonkey 2.12.1 but not in Opera 12.02
