I'd like a HUGE inverting cursor

can someone please help me? something bigger than the biggest standard cursor in windows would be amazing A BLACK CURSOR or one that inverts the background would be ideal. i cannot see all that well from more than a foot away from the screen. a very tiny pet would be ideal, i dont want to be installing more than 1MB of cursors please.
