Tione- have you updated your video driver >> under *drivers* in Quickpet?

MPlayer, (G)Xine or VLC should go- http://www.videohelp.com/play#divx

Your copy of VLC came from where? You installed it with all deps, yes?

the graphics card is Intel 82865G
The correct driver I think is mesa.
I installed vlc 2.0.0 from puppy package manager with all deps
I am not able to install the player if not in size pet
How do I install the files in the link you've indicated?

thank you for your time

VLC from PPM should be fine- as long as there aren't any unusual messages when run from a shell.

As for the video driver.. setup >> Slickpet >> drivers >> was it updated?

In a console: glxgears runs or doesn't?

Do you have a link for something you're trying to stream?

Which browser are you running?

The link is http://livetv.ru/en/
I'm interested sopcast channels only.
I don't use the browser but directly I load the address (sop :/ / broker.sopcast.com:3912/channel) in gsopcast ver 0.4.0 and when p2p packets loads, it automatically opens vlc or other players.
glxgears works fine

many thanks

Tione- Slacko's confronted me with too many obstacles to keep me involved. I wish you the best..
