Error generating .po file for pMusic 3 in Momanager (SOLVED)

#1 Post by vicmz »

Hello everyone
I've tried to translate the new pMusic 3 through Momanager. When POedit opens I get an error message saying that the file doesn't exist. Going to /tmp/momanager I can see that the pMusic scripts are copied but the .pot file is not created. Could someone please confirm this?

Confirmed (without poedit)

created pmusic.pot:

Code: Select all

cd /tmp/momanager
xgettext --from-code=UTF-8 `ls *.sh` -o pmusic.pot
here it is:

Code: Select all

If you want to use your translation then

change
/usr/local/pmusic/func_config line 14 wrote:#export LANGUAGES=`find /usr/share/locale -name pmusic | cut -d'/' -f5 | awk '{print "
"$1"
"}' | sort`
export LANGUAGES=`ls /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/pmusic.mo | cut -d'/' -f5 | awk '{print
"$1"
"}' | sort`
and change the auto language (drag and drop the following code into console)

Code: Select all

sed -i 's#
auto
#
English
#' /usr/local/pmusic/func_config

I have found solution for this gettext problem for pMusic RC11, but Zigbert must have forgotten to fix it.
