Puppy 126.96.36.199 frugal - minor boot messsage issue
I've recently installed Puppy 5.4.2 & added 188.8.131.52 "service pack".
Frugal install with a freshly created 1.2GB save file (i.e. I did not try to upgrade a previous version's save file).
On every boot, the message
Updating ... layered-filesystem. N ext boot will be faster!
In previous versions as I recall, this message only displayed on the first boot after creation of the save file.
So either an unnecessary update is being performed on each boot, or a superfluous message is being displayed at each boot. _________________ Want to report a bug or problem? Have a read of this first ...
