I tried to upgrade Slacko 5.3.3 to Slacko 5.4 Opera PAE, but the systems always crashes without doing anything after 2 minutes. It entered well, I had enough time to do the initial configuration, but then it crashed, without even making one mouse click. For the doubt I downloaded a new ISO, verified md5sum and used it with same results.

This is my system:
AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core
8GB RAM
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P21(FX) (MS-7641)
BIOS: American Megratrends version V17.5, date: 12/13/2011
Two physical HDD, dual boot Windows 7 (first) and PCLOS KDE (second). Puppy is always in the second HDD.

So far I have been using 5 different Puppy’s in 3 PC’s and 2 laptops for 2 years, without any problem, and I have always relied on Puppy to solve mayor problems in equipments with excellent results. That is why I am surprised to get this problem. Actually it is not crucial for me to solve it, mainly because my preferred Puppy in this machine is LightHouse 64 5.15 F Mariner. But it leaves me with an uneasy feeling about my concept of Puppy as a foolproof OS.
