I have not found the usual desktop icon to get pets? Nothing in the Menus that I have seen either Anyone know how I get one ? I want to look at the Java one _________________ Neither my Family nor my Property are Government issues. Governments should do what they were designed to do Manage the larger issues best done by Governments To stop corruption give them 3 times the penalty. Get their agreement on first employment. |

Say Ty, what is it.. are ya look'n for Quickpet, or the latest Java update.. that you'd need for what? If it's an sfs you're after, that's one thing. The Java pkg itself is, reasonably straightforward.. |

Semme ,I seemed to remember bringing down java 1.6 as a pet in 5.3.1. Could be mistaken but then I could not find anywhere to get pets in the menu of 5.4.2 when I went looking.. I needed it to put in another post on installing Arduino.-I have 1.6 and 1.7 but I was telling others where to get the JRE Thanks 666philb I got that down for future use anyway, java is under internet . How come its not in the distro this time and needs to be added ? _________________ Neither my Family nor my Property are Government issues.
