Subject description: I need a copy of /usr/share/fbpanel/images		  
Um, sorry for this request, but I need a copy of the /usr/share/fbpanel/images/ folder. I broke mine.

I accidentally screwed up the images... now my task bar looks kinda weird...

I may be underestimating the difficulty of your problem, but you might try running your Puppy CD as a live CD and copy the folder from the live CD. If this doesn't solve your problem, you should probably provide your computer specs and the version of Puppy you're trying to fix, so that forum helpers can assist you.
