It depends whether you want to have a "safe shutdown" or not, and it also depends if you have got your system already set to keep a savefile or not (you don't have to have a savefile if you dont want it)...
You can type "wmpoweroff" for a safe shutdown, but I dont know if there is a cli command that will shutdown without saving, unless you do some other modifications to the "save to savefile" setup first.
If you want the system to shutdown without doing any tidyup you can try this:

It works well for me, although some people say it is dangerous to shutdown quickly.
