Welcome to the Forum ; -)

You can add a keyboard layout by follow the instructions here:-

Go to: PuppyMenu > Setup > Mouse/Keyboard Wizard

click on 'Advanced Xorg configuration', 'Okay', 'layouts'

select to 'add' if you want an additional keyboard layout

select the language you require, click on 'Okay'

click on 'Yes', 'exit'

----

The keyboard switcher I like is fbxkb - it shows a flag on the panel - clicking the flag switches the language

Hello donedara :D

Sadly, I don't know how to type Thai language. But, if you want to be able to read either Thai or Lao, you can install this .pet :

Did you know you can also make a Thai language pack for Puppy? See:
Menu > Help > HOWTO internationalization
Menu > Utilities > Momanager create non-English Puppy
