I'm using claws-mail and it is boring that I can't open an attached pdf-doc. If I try this with "open" or "open with" the system answers with an error-window with this message

Code:

Error Loading File
Failed to load document ''/root/.claws-mail/mimetmp/00000119.armens_company_-_korrekturabzug.pdf''.
No error.

hmmmmm! But when I look into /root/.claws-mail/mimetmp, I can see the document (in this example 00000119.armens_company_-_korrekturabzug.pdf) and a click on it open it in epdf.

Does anyone have a hint for me? Sad

Thanks

Michael

Right-click on the attachment in the right side of the claws window. click twice on Open with. The small window will open which shows the command to run. Edit to match whatever pdf viewer you are using.

If not solved by the previous poster's remark, I assume the issue is caused by the double single-quotes '' at the beginning and end of the filename, if I read your post correctly. There should be only one.

You are aware of the available inline pdf-viewer, which works great?
