Default terminal doesn't show path????

#1 Post by kjacobs »

Hi again,

I have noticed on Precise Puppy 5.4.3 that the terminal program never shows the path to the directory you are presently in....is this normal and can that be changed??? I also installed and tried Sakura terminal and it does the same thing.....a internet search brought back very little info for this.

I am used to Ubuntu terminals which show the path at the prompt so you know where you are......

Thanks
