Any make/model suggestions? After some trial/error, did get a Trendnet TEW-424UB 3.1 configured. But when using iwconfig to attempt to switch to Ad-Hoc mode from defaul Managed, got "operation not supported". (Was able to set other options ok with iwconfig.)

The reason probably is that the driver did work with previous versions of the adapter, but wasn't updated for the latest one - now discontinued. So, am looking for new adapter that's confirmed to work in Ad-Hoc mode. Also open to using a different version of Puppy. The only (other) must-have is the Puppy dialup applet.
