Just been trying out Kingston Office (well-known on Android) on the latestPuppy Precise 5.6
You can download the 32 bit DEB here:
http://wdl.cache.ijinshan.com/wps/downl ... 0_i386.deb
It installed with one click on the downloaded DEB file
in puppy precise 5.6 with one minor warning about a missing font. This looks good.
I'll see about converting it to a PET package if there is a demand.
According to their website, since the Ubuntu chinese distro is being adopted as the official Chinese OS, development work is continuing apace on this office suite.

Download link to Kingston Office sfs
Get the Kingston Office sfs here:

This is known to run on Puppy Precise (as a full install)and Debian Wheezy. Should be OK on Ubuntu as well. I have not extensively tested this office suite, so I can't say exactly how it would stack up in a production environment. Post any opinions here.

194MB for my housekeeping
Kingston is too much
79MB is enough with Koffice 3 or FreeOffice.
No need at home. At work I have Microsoft Office, the boss decided.
