Are there any apps available that come up with a warning when battery is low on your laptop. Also if possible puts the machine to sleep.

Thanks

The default is to just warn you when the battery is low. But you can change it to run any script or command.

Thanks for quick reply. Is there a way to make it save when battery is low?
I assume if I add
Code:
warning=exec:"COdE FOR SAVE"

it will auto save?

It really depends what version of Puppy you are running and what exactly you want to happen.

If you want it to suspend or hibernate, you first have to get suspend/hibernate working - and this tends to work only on newer hardware with newer kernels.

If you're running from a flash drive, and just want it to copy down the command is
Code:
save2flash

At the bottom of the screen, the battery twinkles. A message to the screen would be needed on top of that. Do you know how to make ?
Merci.
