swapon:/dev/hdc5: invalid argument
Anyone Help Please, this Occurs Booting Mean Puppy 2.02 & Hangs The Configuration is Pentium 1 MMX 166 MHz, 64 MB RAMemory. Trying 2 Install OS /Root to 1.2 GB hda, hdc = 2.1 GB Partitioned as Follo's: hdc5 = 160 MB Swap & Remainder hdc6 = Personal /home, hdd = CD ROM Dr. Please What am I Doing wRong?
Unable to find swap-space signature, blah bla... swapon:/dev

How many hard drives do you have in your PC?
Normally /hdc is your CD rom
And /hdd would be your second CD rom
And /hda is your hard drive
Then your partitions look like this:
/hda1
/hda2
/hda3
and so on.
Make sure you format the partition as a swap partition, like this
mkswap /dev/hda2 ( or what ever partition you are using)
I hope this helps.
