WAV tag editor for Linux

#1 Post by Jivi »

Does anybody knows a program similar to this wav tag editor (with batch processing) for Linux?

I believe wav files don't have metadata.
Do you know a good gtkdialog program? Please post a link here

That's a common misconception. wav files can hold several metadata types, but they have little support.

pMusic supports wav tags. You can write tags both in the trackinfo-dialog (one by one) or in the masstagger tool for batch processing.

pMusic are built in most Puppy iso's. Precise Puppy has a old version, so I recommend an upgrade, but ie. Slacko has a rather recent version installed. My signature will lead you to the pMusic thread.
