I have found that there is no easy way to remove packages that are previously installed on to the system in the base build BEFORE the installation.
It's my belief that it should be a customized installer, and actually INSTALL onto the HDD when installing if NOT installing to load into RAM.
I recently installed and told it NOT to load into RAM, which it said would be faster startup, but slower functionality speed inside the system, which is minimal to say the least. And yet it still loads into RAM, even though I told it NOT to do that during the basic installation procedure that it has.
Needs to really have a better installation setup that can also let people choose what they want to install. That way things can actually work better and more secure.
