Code:
cat /proc/cpuinfo


or use Hardinfo...

Under devices, select Processor.

From there, you can see the processor's capabilities (along with their simple descriptions).

If PAE is not listed, your processor does not support it.

Seems that I have it on the HP/Compaq Desktoptoo.
