Songbird for Lucid - no Internet?

I have songbird installed, but I thought it was supposed to have internet connectivity, so is mine broke already? :?

Well that answers that, no songbird?/ no more linux support. now I have o find a replacement to fit on this weepc with 2g and 512 ram. Any suggestions?

Nightingale may be *too* much. Perhaps <dated> one of these? Kinda feel GCstar could've made the mix..

Version songbird 1.4.3 crashes at start, Errors same as discribed in this old topic.
test with Puppy sulu 3.0.25
songbird downloaded from PPM Puppy-Lucid
connected to browser QtWeb, i changed the language to french, much easier to understand
No shoutcast ? ah that will miss me a lot.
:) the forum provides you a newer version of songbird, runinng without adding anything,

GCstar provides a list of collections, but does not play them.
