When I try to print from Sketchup, the output is "black"
Using notepad - all is fine
Printing from Puppy is great
I even tried CUPS-PDF but I can't find the darn file?

When you print to CUPS-PDF, you should get a dialog box where you select the destination. Usually, it's in /root.
Can you export a drawing in some Linux-compatible format, like PDF?

I am not getting the dialog - I am tring to print out of Wine so I think the problem is there. Printing from puppy is fine.
I think I found the files in /var/spool/cups as "c000XX" files, and when I look at cups admin for this printer all the files were sent and have a similar "XX" on them.
Note if I print using my Brother printers I get a black blotch where the drawing should be...

Sorry about that, that's the short fall of the free version, besides having to use WINE to run it...
I'm looking for a skp to pdf convert as I like to publish everything in pdf.

I have no experience with Wine. Does printing to CUPS-PDF work in Notepad?
A bit of Googling reveals other people with a similar problem.

Sorry for the delay, life happens... I have been able to print via notebook.
I'm not a wine expert either, but rather than work in Windows to use Sketchup, I resorted to Wine. It is a great program and easy to get used to, I also found that the PDF files it creates thru Wine are also black. So all output except to the screen are black...
When I move the file to windows and use the file it works fine!
Which their was a program as simple as Sketchup available for Puppy!!! hint
