PicFrameMaker 2.0

Hi,

This is a graphical tool to put frame to a picture. I Included 3 small frames (because of limited attachment size here). you may put your own frames to /usr/local/picframemaker/frames

Created in precise 5.7.1

dependencies:
/usr/bin/blendpics - included in pet
/usr/bin/getimagedimension - included in pet (thanks to sfr)

Note: do not use picture with spaces in file name, rename it first w/o spaces

Updated to v 2.0: re-arranged GUI. Window moveable, non-resizeable, and preview is refreshed within the same window (I am surprised about this ability, last time gtkdialog won't do that, I am without puppyfor a long time I guess)
