add PhotoRec and TestDisk to standard Puppy toolkit

Add PhotoRec and TestDisk to the standard Puppy toolkit.Probably, the greatest use of Puppy is promiscuous, as curiosity, novelty, utility. So let's enhance its usefulness by improving its capacity to be a rescue disk. I was just checking 4MLinux All-in-one which provides PhotoRec and TeskDisk out of the box, but 4MLinux doesn't have nearly the sophistication and utility of Puppy. Granted, TestDisk is a powerful tool, but I don't think it is any more potentially destructive than GParted.

Matter of fact, how come there isn't a Rescue Dog, loaded with all kinds of rescue/recovery tools? Saint Bernard Puppy
