PuppyMoney and JWM

Here are 2 issues in 2.13.

PuppyMoney will not allow a new account to be created if an account is created and then deleted. Probably need to delete the SQLite data base. Can't seem to find where that is deleted from.

JWM will not allow a change to the theme or background. Is this another ROX 2.5 problem maybe/or connected with a pup_save.2fs version upgrade?

You'll find sqlite in the pup 4 repos 3.6.12 I believe

Failed in all my searches for this libtclsqlite, don't mind.
There are bugs in the program itself (dbpma function not found)
