Bare Bones Puppy v2.01r2 HD Install
I notice that Bare Bones doesn't have a menu option for "Install to HD" like Puppv v1.0.2 did. I presume "Puppy Universal Imstaller" was intended to handle that operation but at least in v2.01r2 it just shows a script file, am I supposed to run that? Forgive me if that's a dumb question but I'm a Linux beginner!

Puppy install to HD
RE: Puppy-2.12-seamonkey
Down loaded and burned a CD which runs fine, but when I tried to install to the HD got error "GLIBC_2.3.4 not found, kernal panic"
I thought perhaps not enough room on the HD but GParted showed the Linux partition only about half used. I have a 258 MB Linux Swap and a 664 MB Ext2 Linux partition. Note that this is a dual boot on a Windoze 98 machine.
The reason I want to install to the HD is I plan to put it on another machine but it has a BIOS that won't boot from a CD.
Thanks,
Jerry
