fluxbox or icewm? (Found It!)

hi -
i was browsing around either here or on the grafpup forum the other day, and saw a screenshot of a really cool desktop with very small neat icons. I think it was showing a fluxbox wm and was quite a recent post.
But try as I might I can't find it again ... I know it's a long shot and this is a pretty vague and inadequate description, but can anyone point me in the right direction?
