Huawei e1550 usb modem works with Lupu 5.28

I'm quite sure it works with other recent Puppies too! Connection is rock solid. I had to turn off the sim card pin code request and then everything worked. I attach my wvdial.conf for my italian 3g carrier - Wind.

Remove the fake .zip extension.
