Subject description: translations needed for fork of 'network_tray'

Translators,

Please download and translate netmon_wce-2.6.

The .pot file is included in the pet and the source.

There are many gettext bugs fixed. I have not tested any translations so I would appreciate if you test the program as well.

If you can't build and test please don't worry. A .po file will suffice as L18L has tested that translations indeed work.

Thank you.

Thanks Smile

I decompiled the mo and made a po and added it to the source code in the main thread.

The Makefile now builds and installs whatever translations (.po files) are in the source.

Subject description: Chinese translations for netmon_wce

I have translated and tested the netmom_wce po file in Chinese including:
a. Traditional Chinese (applicable for locales zh_HK and zh_TW)
b. Simplified Chinese (applicable for locales zh_CN and zh_SG)

But I have difficulty attaching these files directly (mo extension files not allowed) and so have put them here for public sharing:
