Can I remove unneeded stuff from the zdrv.sfs file?

I know nothing about what is inside zdrv but was wondering if i can slim it down. When I configure sound I only need the second line down highlighted the rest are unticked (sorry I cant remember the name But I dont have puppy on at the moment).

So is it possible to get rid of some files inside just leaving me with what I need?
