Reducing the MyDrive space for users with 2Gb free account

If you have 2Gb free account in mydrive.ch check out your registration email.
Here is part of the message:

Dear MyDrive User

On July 1, 2016 your free MyDrive space will be changed to 100MB.
.................................
You can select one of the two possibilities

1. You do an Upgrade to MyDrive Pro and benefit from additional functions.
................................................
2. You reduce the space to the amount of 100MB until June 30, 2016.
In this case you can use your free MyDrive as usual.

You still have time to upgrade or backup your data.

I use Mega
50 GB free and encrypted there.

Google's free and remains the FASTEST download site in the world. So anything you post can be accessed/downloaded by others at the fastest possible speed with no dropped packets. Dont expect your ID'S storage to be downgraded at all.

A few years back...
I had a free account at 123-drive.
http://drive.123-reg.co.uk/Pages/Login?action=4
I let it lapse.
I believe 123-drive no longer exists.
Then I lost all my family photos.
[Recovered them using "Photorec", but details regarding content are lost]
My copies on 123-drive would now be very useful.

Anyone know of a way to recover those?
