@wyzguy has reported a problem on the LxPupSc thread with the following command:

find / -iname Xorg.0.log

which gives the error:

find: WARNING: Hard link count is wrong for `/proc/fs' (saw only st_nlink=11 but we already saw 9 subdirectories): this may be a bug in your file system driver.

I have checked and this problem also exhibits in LxPup-15.11 but NOT in slacko-5.9.3 which LxPup-15.11 is based on.

The contents of /proc/fs are different in the 2 systems:

slacko-5.9.3:
aufs cifs ext4 jbd2 nfs nfsd nfsfs xfs

LxPup-15.11:
aufs cifs ext4 f2fs jbd2 lockd nfs nfsd nfsfs xfs

Does NOT exhibit on LxPupTahr-15.12 (built in a similar manner to LxPup-15.11) where contents of /proc/fs are:
aufs cifs ext4 f2fs jbd2 nfs nfsd nfsfs xfs

So I think this is not a woof-ce or LxPupSc error - but something else!

Can anybody enlighten me as to how /proc/fs gets populated? It's blank in the puppy.sfs and doesn't appear in the savefolder so I guess its created dynamically on each boot?

And what lockd might be in the /proc/fs for LxPup-15.11?

Thanks for any help anybody can offer.
Cheers
peebee
