Hi
Iḿ trying to get Anki (a flash card based learning program) to run in LxPup Xenial.
If opened from the terminal it returns this error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/anki", line 5, in <module>
import aqt
File "/usr/share/anki/aqt/__init__.py", line 12, in <module>
from aqt.qt import *
File "/usr/share/anki/aqt/qt.py", line 20, in <module>
from PyQt4.QtCore import *
ImportError: No module named QtCore
In an other post (http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic. ... 14&t=87018)
666philb suggested the solution was to install python-qt4.
I installed Anki from the ppm. I checked the installed files and python-qt4 and other dependencies have been installed.
What else needs to be done?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply.
I loaded the devx file.
Same error message.
I found Qtcore.so in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/PyQt4.
The files are there even if I unload the devx file.
I assume this is the correct folder as the package manager set them up.
Should it be anywhere else?
