Do NOT format your x86 tablet!
If you format your x86 tablet you might loose the driver that runs your touchscreen - this sounds strange, but has happened to some people outthere - seems like bios/linux finds the driver and use that to support touchscreen on LiveCD or USB. After formatting the touchscreen no longer works as it should. I recommend waiting till this is dissproved.
