It seems the Wiki page could use some updates as their have been further updates. There are 2016 updates of lucid (see [thread).

When perfectly for a Desktop it's:
1. Lucid Puppy Revitalized [lupusuper2],Same as Precise but less depends libraries.
2. Precise Retro
