Unable to install VBoxGuestAdditions
Several combinations have been attempted, but the same error occurs. See attached image.

I may be wrong , but i read that as saying you have the ISO open elsewhere.

You are correct. The first time I clicked on install VirtualBox additions nothing visual occurred and I thought I missed the click. On the second click this error appeared.
