Browser Search Engine Load Speed; Google--DuckDuckGo--Bing
I've been a Google-DuckDuckGo search user for, well, I can't remember when.
But today I just decided to give Bing a spin, and was gobsmacked by the noticeable speed improvement over that former duopoly. The results from Bing just explode instantly onto my desktops, no matter which Puppy and/or Linux-OS I am using (have tried several so far).
Wonder if it is a function of where I am in Europe (the Benelux region)? What is confusing is that even my IP provider uses Google servers as default for all of their TV/Internet offerings....so why and/or how is Bing so much faster in the browsers of Google Chrome, Chromium, Opera and FirefoxESRs I've tested today (not sure what happens in Palemoon and/or any other browsers) than Google itself?? Really curious....
