Mumble 1.2.19 for Tahr 32

Hello!

I took this pre-compiled latest Mumble binaries ver. 1.2.19 of Ubuntu Trusty Tahr and put into .pet file. I also added #Open Linux Community server in favorites for you if you'd like to drop into Linux-based voice chat right after the 1st run.

It was tested on clean Tahr-puppy 602 and works perfectly.

* If you meet some sound problems run alsamixer in your terminal and play with it.

** If you have Mumble window dissappearing in JWM -- just turn off [minimize in a tray] option.
