Tested on Puppy Tahrpup 6.05, worked flawlessly!

Enjoy! :)

P.S.: Links will expire if not downloaded for 30 days. Feel free to re-upload the packages if you have some spare space.

I did take a quick look at your Firefox 57 package.
Some of these very recent browsers are not easy to package for a wide range of Puppies.
If yours is working in Tahr 6.0.5 you probably already have other packages installed.
It needs GTK3 for a start.
Adding this to the package is possible but you have to look out for a couple of things.
You need the glib schemas to be compiled otherwise some functions such as the file chooser won't work.
Dpup Stretch and Wheezy already have libgtk-3 on board so no need to install via PPM.
In Wheezy your package still has no working sound.
This needs pulseaudio or apulse with workaround.
The workaround is needed because of sandboxing. This also causes a pangorc read error with permission denied. The default sandbox level is set to 3. If you turn it down to 0 this is resolved but the package needs to address this somehow otherwise it is not "install and go". I have tried including a user.js file for this and it does work. Because of all the complications though I think you would need to offer packages for specific Puppy variants which seems too complicated. The new engine does look interesting though.

Hmm... you are right, there is no sound on most Puppies, just noticed. :(

Thanks for the feedback brother, I'll look into it!
