Tintii and Urbanlightscape image manipulation software, these are free for linux from http://www.indii.org/software/

Compiled Statically in Carolina tested with Wary, X-Slacko, Xprecise, should work in any modern Pup derivative.

You double click the mouse where the light effect is needed in the picture,

but hold the mouse button down on the second click, then drag the mouse to make adjustments.

Drag the point you added to where you need it and use the sliders to vary the effects.

Summer time, it was cloudy,
i Used tintii , but urbanlightscape was lost in my memory and in my computer. To day i decided to try again. No double click does not light anything. That makes me not happy, Confused

one year after, time to speak again of tintii.. for new comers to photographics applications.
Old pictures (around 1985) are like rope washed in washing machine when colours mixed together.
Generally add blue will balance better colours. Then use Tintii. You get a nice brand new image !
