Hello Fabrice.

Use English quotation marks around your expression. For ex.:
Code:
echo "Hello?"
Hello?

Or use German quotation marks inside the English ones for full sentences.
Code:
echo "My neighbor said: 'Hello'."
My neighbor said: 'Hello'.

Better still, "escape" the quotation mark by putting a backslash before it:
Code:
echo "My neighbor said: \"Hello\"."
My neighbor said: "Hello".
This backslash before the quotation mark tells Bash to process the quotation mark
as a real quotation mark -- and not as a reserved Bash character.

IHTH
