Will it work to RTL8192SE? Please reply to my Facebook. I rarely login here. My FB is Osado Lazuardi. I have joined Puppy Linux Facebook group too.

I have built the driver for a selection of Puppies and packaged them in a single tarball.

Code:
8192eu_mange_huge_s32_700-k3.16.43.pet
8192eu_mange_huge_s64_700-k4.9.30.pet
8192eu_precise_571_mange-k3.9.11.pet
8192eu_slacko_630_mange-k3.14.55.pet
8192eu_slacko64_6967_mange-k4.4.67.pet
8192eu_tahr_605_mange-k3.14.56.pet
8192eu_tahr64_mange-k3.14.54.pet
8192eu_tahrpup_605_noPAE_mange-k3.14.56.pet
8192eu_xenial_704_mange-k4.1.31.pet
8192eu_xenial_noPAE_change_mange-k4.9.13.pet
8192eu_xenialpup64_change_mange-k4.9.13.pet

Get it from here.
This link is no longer working.

I need 8192eu_slacko_630_mange-k3.14.55.pet. Can I get it anywhere else?

Hello rcrsn51,

Further to the point, how do you/we overcome this?

Code: Select all

make[1]: *** No rule to make target
I'm guessing to build on Puppy, the Makefile needs an edit?

Thanks, Perdido!

I installed the pet, and after removing/reinserting the device, wlan0 was immediately seen.

One scary moment though. Even though wlano was now seen in in the Network Interfaces tab (Frisbee), I was seeing no access points on the Wireless Networks tab. I had to use the Change Interface button on this tab. Wlan0 was already shown to be selected, but I still had to hit the Change button, before any networks were displayed.

It's working now!
