Thanks for creating this bootloader. It's amazing that its taken 2 or more years of struggling with UEFI for anyone to think of publishing a bootloader. Pat yourself on the back a couple of times. The mark of actual genius is being able to see the absence of something.
I could guess* as to how to make use of it. But there's a 50/50 chance I'd guess wrong. Maybe you could spell it out.
* My guess:
1. Unpack the tar.gz
2. Format the drive as Fat32 or Don't do anything to the drive or something else,.
3. Copy the contents of the tar.gz to the root of the drive.
4. Edit something depending on which Puppy or Puppies.
